Shipping
Free standard shipping is available to selected European countries listed at checkout. Orders are dispatched from Poland within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 2–7 business days within the European Union. Delivery to remote areas may take longer. The carrier is selected for each shipment based on destination, availability and parcel parameters. Tracking details are sent after dispatch.
Returns
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase of physical products within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. Send a clear statement to info@epiedu.pro or by post to the address below. You may use the withdrawal form in Appendix 1 of the terms, but it is not mandatory.
Please return the products within 14 days of notifying us. The direct cost of returning the products is borne by the customer. We refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement and may wait until the products are back with us or you send proof of their return.
